Extended returns policy
We appreciate for some people it can be difficult to get to a Post Office, so we are extending our returns policy beyond 28 days where possible. More info
UK delivery problems are not widespread but they are a possibility as all delivery companies are dealing with unprecedented demand and absenteeism. We estimate 90% of deliveries are on time.
Most delays reported are for 1st and 2nd Class delivery and have been a day or two, but rarely up to a week, so if your order is urgent please choose Special Delivery.
International deliveries have been more widely affected, with significant delays to some countries, especially for post. We strongly recommend choosing the Courier option.
