Baby gift service FAQ
All orders can be gift-wrapped with a card. We carefully handwrite messages.
How do I add gift-wrap and card/message?
Add at least 1 item to your Bag, then visit your Bag page and click on ADD GIFT WRAP to unlock our gift-wrap and card widget.

Is it appropriate to buy a gift when baby is in the NICU?
In short, yes! Here's why.
Will there be a receipt in the parcel?
There will be no paperwork/receipt in the package, that's only emailed to the buyer.
What to write in a card?
We offer advice on what to write for family of a premature baby in hospital.
Can I just add a blank card?
If you prefer to write the message and wrap the items yourself, you can just add a card and skip the other steps.
What if I want to wrap it myself?
You can just add a card, skip the other steps, and add your own address as the delivery address.
Will you send it directly to the gift recipient?
Simply put the gift recipient's address as the Shipping Address if you want us to send it directly to them.
How about returning a gift?
The recipient can send anything back to us in exchange for a voucher. They don't need to get the buyer involved.
