Parcel is delayed?
Royal Mail delays are typically very rare but if you are affected we are sorry and appreciate your patience. If the delay is more than a couple of days, please do contact us and we'll do all we can to help.

Please remember that orders are shipped Monday-Friday at 2pm. If you placed an order after 2pm it will be shipped the next working day.

Lost parcel?
Lost parcels are extremely rare. Please follow the guidance towards the bottom of this page first and if that doesn't help please contact us. If it does appear lost we will of course refund you or send another package.
