Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Order by 2pm for same day fulfilment. We use a letterbox size box wherever possible for your convenience and packaging is recyclable.

Customs: Shipments sent outside of the UK may incur customs duties/taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held liable for any delays at Customs (this includes shipments to the EU).
New EU customs duties since July 2026
Each item type in a parcel will incur a 3 euros customs duties charge. In addition to other taxes and clearance fees.
For example, if you order 1 hat and 1 toy that will be 2 x 3 euros.
If you order 3 hats that will be 3 euros.
Recipients will be contacted by the local customs authority before delivery to make payment.
FAQ
Can you deliver to a hospital?
Delivering to a hospital is allowed, but we cannot be responsible for any packages that go missing once delivered. Hospitals can be very large and their postrooms not always reliable, so please proceed with caution.
Where can't you deliver to?
While we're more than happy to deliver your order to your place of work, there are a few exceptions. For reasons out of our control, we can't deliver to any of the following:

- Military Bases / British Forces Post Office
- HM Prisons
- P.O. Boxes
- Countries affected by conflict, embargoes, etc
- USA and Canada
We can deliver to hospitals but please see the note above.
What if my parcel is late or appears to be lost?
You can track your delivery here.
If you have any problems with a delivery please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve it (99% of deliveries arrive on time!).
