Refund policy

UK RETURNS - 30 days, no quibbles
We hope you'll be really happy with your purchases, but understand that sometimes customers want to return their goods and you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

We aim to make this a simple process and the easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the instructions on our Returns page.

Customers outside of the UK

• 14-day withdrawal window — customers have 14 days to notify us that they want to return.
• Return-after-notice timing — customers must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

REFUNDS
We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned goods (usually within 48 hours). Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

CANCELLATIONS
You can easily cancel your order if it has not already been fulfilled. Alternatively give us a call.
