How to return items?
Print & complete a returns form (or write the info on a piece of paper)
Make sure to tell us if you'd like an exchange, store-credit, or refund.
Send the goods you wish to return along with the completed returns form to:

Return the goods within 28 days. (If Covid-19 means you can't get to a Post Office please contact us, we'll try to be flexible).
In original condition
Returned items must be in their original condition & with tags. Sets must be returned in full, if a set is partially returned we can't offer a partial refund.
We appreciate that some people prefer to wash baby clothes before they are worn, however we are unable to resell washed clothes.
Delivery cost of returns
You’ll need to pay the return postage (it will be refunded if the error was ours), and for safety we would recommend you obtain proof of postage.
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you.
