A Hassle-free Returns Process
We receive very few returns, and hope you'll be really happy with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes customers want to return their goods, and we aim to make this simple.

What you need to do
- Print and complete this returns form (or handwrite all the info on a piece of paper), then pop it inside your package.
- Print and attach the address label on the form to the outside of your package (or handwrite the address).
- Send with your chosen parcel service (we recommend you acquire Proof of Posting).
- Returns will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the return (normally within 24 hours).
- Return the goods within 28 days.
- Return the goods to us in their original condition and clothes must be unworn.

You’ll need to pay the return postage (it will be refunded if the error was ours), and for safety we would recommend you obtain proof of postage.
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you.

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
