A Hassle-free Returns Process

We receive very few returns, and hope you'll be really happy with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes customers want to return their goods, and we aim to make this simple.

bullet-point What you need to do

  1. Print and complete this returns form, then pop it inside your package.
  2. Print and attach the address label on the form to the outside of your package (or handwrite the address).
  3. Send with your chosen parcel service (we recommend you acquire Proof of Posting).
  4. Returns will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the return (normally within 24 hours).

You must:

  • Return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods, or if you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel - within the 14 day period - and then return them within the next 14 days.
  • Return the goods to us in their original condition.

A - You sent me the wrong item/size/colour
B - What you sent me was faulty
C - It doesn’t fit right
D - My order didn't arrive in time
E - The item doesn't look like the picture I saw online
F - I'm disappointed with the quality
G - I've changed my mind
H - Unwanted gift
I - I ordered two sizes/colours to compare

Within 14 days after the date on which you told us that you wished to cancel your purchase (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods) send the goods you wish to return along with the returns form to:

bullet-point Delivery cost of returns

You’ll need to pay the return postage, and for safety we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned (typically we do this within 24 hours).

We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned goods (typically within 24 hours). Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
