We receive very few returns, but when you need one, we make it simple.

How do I return items I bought?

  • Print and complete the Returns Form (or handwrite the details on paper), and pop it inside your package.

  • Attach the address label from the form to the outside of your package.

  • Send with your chosen postal or parcel service — we recommend getting proof of posting.

  • Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt (typically within 24 hours, Monday–Friday).

Please ensure you:
  • Return goods within 30 days.
  • Return goods in their original condition — clothes must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Return sets in full.

I'm a gift recipient — can I return it?

No need to involve the buyer. Gift recipients can return their gift directly for store credit to spend on something else.

Simply include a note with your package saying it was a gift, along with:

  • Your full name.

  • Your email address (so we can send the voucher).

  • Your phone number, in case we need to reach you.

  • The name of the person who bought you the gift (and their address if possible).

  • The order reference number if you have it — it starts with LM and is on the shipping label.

What does it cost to return?

You'll need to cover the return postage — this will be refunded if the return is due to our error (or you can request a prepaid label). We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

We can't accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. If we're required to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct that amount from your refund.

Why aren't returns free?

Retailers offering free returns have to recover that cost somehow — which typically means higher prices for everyone. We'd rather not do that.

Free returns also encourage over-ordering, leading to more packaging and fuel used in transit. That's not good for anyone or the environment.

How long until I'm refunded?

We'll refund you or issue store credit as a voucher code emailed to you, which you can use to purchase anything else on our website. We can't process manual exchanges — all transactions need to go through the website.

Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt (typically within 24 hours). Refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your bank account.

Items must be returned in their original condition. If they aren't, we may be unable to accept the return, or we may deduct an amount from the refund for any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling.

Can I exchange rather than get a voucher?

We can't offer a direct product exchange, but we'll issue a voucher for the full value of the returned items so you can make a fresh purchase of anything you like.

For accountancy, inventory, and cost-control reasons, all transactions need to go through our website. It also gives you more flexibility — you can check live stock availability and choose something completely different if you'd like.
