Monday to Friday orders received by 2pm will normally be processed the same day (on very rare occasions it could be the following working day, except for Special Delivery orders which will always be shipped same day if received by 2pm).

Orders received over the weekend will be posted on the Monday, with no distribution on Public Holidays. Saturday delivery is included in the UK and some other countries.

Where possible we will use a box that fits through most letterboxes to achieve a first time delivery.

If you order a few clothing items this is most likely. If you order toys it's unlikely unless they are small/flat ones, and if you order a blanket it won't be possible.

The 1st Class option is Royal Mail First Class (partially tracked); most orders will be delivered within 1 day, but a small % may take 2 days. 2nd Class Delivery uses the Royal Mail 2nd Class service (partially tracked). Most orders take 2 days, with a small % taking an extra day. 

Special Delivery is by Royal Mail (tracked and signed for). Standard international delivery is by Royal Mail and Express uses DPD, UPS, DHL or Fedex.

Shipments sent outside of the UK may incur customs duties/taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient and we cannot be held liable for any unfortunate delays at Customs unless it is our error.

In some countries the charges are very low (sometimes zero duties) and typically 10-20% VAT/sales tax). There may also be a processing fee charged by the courier; typically £5-£10.

Delivering to a hospital is allowed, but we cannot be responsible for any packages that go missing once delivered. Hospitals can be very large and their postrooms not always reliable, so please proceed with caution.

While we're more than happy to deliver your order to your place of work, there are a few exceptions. For reasons out of our control, we can't deliver to any of the following:

• Military Bases / British Forces Post Office 
• HM Prisons 
• P.O. Boxes
• Countries affected by conflict, embargoes, etc

We can deliver to hospitals but please see the note above.
