Opening times over Christmas

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that this is Royal Mail's busiest time. Delivery times are still pretty reliable but not guaranteed, so please order early where possible. We recommend Special Delivery if urgent.

24th December - orders before 10.30am shipped that day (otherwise on 29th).
Closed from 12pm.

25th-28th - CLOSED (orders placed on these days fulfilled on 29th).

29th December - orders before 2pm shipped that day.

30th December - orders before 12pm shipped that day.

31st December - orders before 10.30am shipped that day (otherwise on 2nd January).

1st January (bank holiday) - CLOSED. Orders placed on this days fulfilled on January 2nd.

2nd January - back to normal.

 

Delivery days and occasional delays

Please bear in mind that deliveries are not made on bank holidays.

Expect occasional delays over the Christmas period. We recommend choosing Special Delivery if urgent.

 

Last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery

FROM 18/12 WE RECOMMEND SPECIAL DELIVERY.

Special Delivery, Next Day - Tuesday 23rd December - order by 4pm. Normally delivery by 1pm next day is 99% reliable, but we expect it to be about 90% reliable this time of year.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Monday 22nd December (90% likely to arrive by December 24th but not guaranteed).

Standard Delivery (inc. free option) - Friday 19th December (90% likely to arrive by December 24th but not guaranteed).

 

Contacting us during this time

Even when we are closed, we will still respond to you as soon as possible. But it might not be as quick as usual, and on Christmas Day we will be having a proper day off.  :)
