Simple rule of thumb for choosing a size.
 

Near the top of a weight bracket or have a longer baby?
Size up for more room and comfort.
 

Near the bottom of a weight bracket or have a petite baby?
Size down for a snugger fit.
 

Using lines, leads or need frequent access?
Size up for easier dressing and extra room for medical equipment.

Sizes such as 3lb–5lb may seem wide, but weight doesn't always reflect a premature baby's length, shape or proportions.
 

Our sizing allows for:
